The support from the customer service team was exceptional. They truly exceeded my expectations in assisting me to choose the perfect color ties for my wedding. I needed to return one order, and in just a week, I received new swatches, with the replacement ties showing up in no time. They were just right. The ongoing communication and regular updates were incredibly comforting during such a hectic and stressful period. I highly suggest them!

I received samples initially to coordinate with my dresses. The ties were just right and really well made. Customer service was super helpful throughout the whole process. Just two days before my wedding, I realized I was missing a tie, and they got one shipped out to me the very next day. Definitely would use their service again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic quality products showed up well ahead of the wedding day. But I ran into a little trouble with one of the ties and pocket squares just 3 weeks prior to the big day. The customer service crew, especially Juss, really came through for me and expedited an extra tie and pocket square. I can't praise them enough xx

Awesome customer support! I was kinda worried that the tie I got for my dad wouldn’t show up in time since it took a bit longer than the 2-3 weeks they mentioned. After I shot them an email, I got a quick response telling me not to stress because they had my wedding date and it would be there on time. Avoid placing an order with this company unless you're okay with a lengthy wait for your items. I've been hanging on for 5-and-a-half weeks now (instead of the 2-3 weeks they promised at checkout), and there's no sign of it arriving anytime soon.

A little delay wouldn't bother me, but their customer service is just giving me vague updates. They keep saying, "it'll be ready in time for the wedding," but it's hard to believe that when they can't even provide a delivery timeframe.

Considering how long other customers have been waiting, I'm not feeling hopeful about getting my ties before the big day, even though I ordered them months ago.

I made an order on 30.04.22 for just 3 regular ties, 1 bow tie, and 3 pocket squares, and I'm still in limbo. With only 3 weeks left until my wedding, this is the kind of situation that could really stress me out. I placed my order over 7 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Nobody from Swagger & Swoon can give me any updates on when I might expect it. I've reached out several times because their website claims delivery takes 2-3 weeks, and I'm really worried it won't arrive in time for the wedding. If something's wrong with the items, we won't have time to fix it. The lack of communication has been totally unacceptable. Please send my order out ASAP. If you're swamped, you should've paused taking new orders until you caught up, but here you are still accepting orders and saying 2-3 weeks for delivery!

Even though the expected delivery was 8 weeks, I shared my wedding date, and all 8 ties and pocket squares showed up a week before the big day (so it turned out to be a 5-week turnaround). Anna provided excellent customer service, reassuring me that my order would arrive in plenty of time.

I’m really let down by this company that came so highly recommended. We placed our order and were informed it would take 8 weeks for delivery, which felt like a long time right from the start! But now, it’s been 10 weeks! We reached out via email 2 weeks after the 8-week mark and were told to expect another 2 weeks, but that time has passed too! Our wedding is in 2 weeks, and with everything else going on, we really didn’t need this added stress! The excuse, as expected, is being blamed on Covid, but they’re quick to take the order and the cash for something they haven’t delivered on time! Just unacceptable!

About a month back, I placed an order for ties and pocket squares for my groomsmen from Swagger & Swoon, and I still haven't gotten any of the stuff. No tracking number either! I'm really in the dark here. With my wedding coming up soon, I'm feeling pretty anxious about it.
